I usually hesitate to write negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience at this Chipotle location, which has noticeably declined over the past 2-3 years. The food has been consistently disappointing, with everything overly salty—even for someone who enjoys salt. The carnitas, steak quajillo, and rice are all excessively salty. The beans are so spicy that my child couldn’t eat them, and when we asked if they were kid-friendly, the staff clearly said no. Their training definitely needs improvement. The chicken is poor quality and also spicy, and the regular steak is tough and spicy as well. As locals who used to enjoy this place and appreciated the staff, we’re saddened to say this will likely be our last visit until we hear that things have improved. We ended up throwing away half of our food.
I have always had an excellent experience at Chipotle Mexican Grill. The food is consistently fresh and delicious.
