The food at this restaurant is tasty, but the service is often lacking, particularly regarding mobile orders. Unfortunately, my order has been incorrect half the time I've visited, which is quite frustrating as a vegan. Frequently, we've had to return to get the right order. I've also encountered several unappetizing surprises in my bowl, including hard, brown pieces and subpar guacamole. While we enjoy Chipotle, there's definitely room for improvement with their mobile app.
The food at this restaurant is fantastic, but the customer service can be subpar. Unfortunately, about half the time I've placed mobile orders, there have been mistakes. As a vegan, it's been frustrating to have to return multiple times just to get the correct order. Additionally, the quality of the ingredients in my bowl has been inconsistent, with hard, brown chunks of guacamole appearing on several occasions. While we really enjoy Chipotle, they definitely need to improve the quality of their mobile orders.
