My order was delayed by a day due to President's Day, which wasn't the company's fault, but I was promptly informed about it. Furthermore, I received a complimentary bottle of matcha capsules and a pack of flavored matcha. The quality of the products is excellent—comparable to, or even better than, some premium tea brands I've used in the past, but at a more reasonable price. I will definitely be returning for more!
