the restaurant in question is in one of the central streets of bald, aesthetically cute and cared for! the staff is kind and friendly. we have taken the fixed menu from 29€. but the food was not up to it. on 4 courses (2 aperitifs and 2 main dishes) 2 were definitely not good. one in particular was served with raw fish! price in the average place! Seduced by the terrace and the comments we tested after being charmed by u fanale during previous stays. reservation made. first big disappointment: a cold reception and the feeling of disturbing during our arrival. installed at our table, still insane remarks from the staff. Very average. Tasting side: dishes based on local products revisited (veau, wolf, charcuterie). It's simple but perfectly successful and really good. a local cuisine sublimated by delicate tastes. Really good. desserts are also delicious. In conclusion, a pleasant kitchen at interesting prices but an effort on the reception would be welcome.

We ask for a montgolfier, in honor of the inventors of the aerostatic balloon, a kind of fish soup of original presentation containing rape, locusts, salmon. the fish at its point, good raw material, good taste. I asked for lamb (agneau), as I had seen it well valued in the opinions and was really good. the value-price ratio seemed very appropriate. deserved pole position.
I had dinner at this central bald restaurant tonight with my mom. reading reviews, curious I wanted to try and I have to say that we were more than satisfied! there is the possibility to choose between menu or à la carte and having tasted from the appetizer to dessert was all really great! I recommend you book because it has double turn and is always full. professionalism both of the owner and of the girl who served us, very helpful and always attentive!! We will definitely return, vote 10!
