New York Pizza And Grill Kabob

I just received my order from New York Pizza DC on Pennsylvania Avenue the food was cold and I chewed a piece of burnt paper or plastic that's a picture of it down below, I called to tell management about it, he was very rude and didn't even offer a refund. I will never ever order from there again, by the way I also ordered a pizza for my teenager he said is absolutely terrible he only ate half of a slice. So you know if a teenager won't eat it it Has to be terrible, Because most teenagers will eat almost anything, junk food is their thing. This place should be shut down!!

Horrible customer service. They will blame you if they get your order incorrect. Happened to me twice and I should have known. This place used to have great food. Im now stuck with a sub I got incorrect and was told two hrs ago they would bring me another one after giving me a hard time. I even was nice and tipped the delivery guy well. Still no sub. Food quality has been getting worse and the menu options are not as good anymore. Dont recommend.

My five star review is for the Indian-Pakistani and Burger menus only, I've not tried the pizza and a Turkey sub was very disappointing. But back to the review, the food here is freshly-prepared, the servings generous, and the delivery fast. They are good to make adjustments to items. Chicken Tikka and Lamb Biriani are especially good. If you don't need cutlery and napkins, tell them as they will send enough for several people.

This place is underrated specifically for its Pakistani/Indian food. Secretly I hope that they'll drop the pizza and just go full south Asian cuisine.They give you generous portions of kebab and curry, bone in lamb the way I like it, very flavorful chickpeas and rice sides. I do have to ding them for passing off their pizza bread as naan. It's not bad, actually it's pretty good, (and it comes free! but it's certainly not naan.I've always gotten very quick and courteous customer service here when I come pick up my order. Bonus: the dudes who work here are cute.
