I visited this restaurant while here from out of town, and I happen to go on a night they were closed. I luckily saw the owner and he said he was expecting guest so he would accommodate us as an exception. The food was absolutely delicious! Service was exceptional. What User doesn't like about Moi Moi:
Pleasr avoid this place called moi moi, the food is terrable we ordered beef suya and it was boiled not grilled, the red snapper was fried with canned whole tomatoes poured over it, and did I mentioned the oxtail was mixed with stale rice and beans. This not in no way shape or form African food. This just some people using the African food experience to rip off people. Food tastes awful and very small quantities for the high price you pay. Staff is also amazingly RUDE. Definitely not worth it. Save your time.
This is the place where I found my wife. I had a genuinely great time with this place with this woman. Thank you Moi Moi
Horrible service only customers in the restaurant took over a hour to be serviced. Health department came for an inspection. Charged $25 for gratuity for a horrible experience especially this being my first. I would NOT recommend this resultant to anyone. Everyone was unprofessional!!!!!!!!
I had done some research before coming to the states from Australia and this was a restaurant I was really looking forward to. We double checked the restaurant on arrival in the states and walked in the negative degree weather to this restaurant to fine that it was closed. I’m sure they are a great restaurant but would have liked the update
