Lincoln - Calumet-Norvelt

The outdoor patio was really nice and quiet, but the food was lackluster and left a lot to be desired. I would not recommend this place if you are looking for a quality culinary experience. However, it may be more fun and accommodate large groups.

Everything we ordered was absolutely amazing, the omelette and waffle stations were on point, our server, Moses was incredibly attentive, as was the rest of the staff. What an incredibly pleasurable experience on a dreary Sunday morning. My only complaint of anything was it was a little loud once the DJ arrived, but did not take away from the experience. Definitely coming back. 

The service was a bit slow. We went for Mother's Day brunch, and I would think they would have more servers at the tables. There were plenty of busboys and help running around, but the person that takes the orders and brings the check, I felt like there's only one of them.  super cramped with all of the tables being so close to each other, and very noisy. It was enjoyable, I think I preferred the Thanksgiving dinner there.

We brought extended family to Lincoln to celebrate my daughter's college graduation. Reservation for 13 that they handled with ease! We ordered from brunch menu and every dish received great reviews. Server was attentive and pleasant. Lincoln made me look good!

In town visiting DC with my grown kids. The restaurant looked understaffed and a little frazzled. I ordered asparagus and crab risotto which came out lukewarm. After they heated it up, the dish was still bland. Added salt and pepper which helped. The other two dishes were deemed good. With all the great restaurants in town we probably would not return.
