Only my 2nd visit and both times I went on a Sunday, so I can't tell what it's like during the week but it's probably busy because of its location. That said, this is a nice and clean place; it doesn't have a lot of dinning space with inside and outside seating (2 tables each) It can be slow with only 2 people working, and one is also the delivery person. Young people doing a lot of talking... it's slows things down, and it's takes a long time to get your sandwich. The food is good.

The staff seemed to speak only Spanish, but was kind, and I could easily tell she made her best effort to satisfy us. As I cannot expect the same thing at casual restaurants around, I like this place.
Everyone who has ever helped me here has been very helpful and nice. The restroom is always extremely clean and my sandwiches are always well constructed. I appreciate y'all!
One of the cleanest and friendliest quick restaurants we went to in DC. Staff working at around 11:45 on July 30 were great. Also they don’t gate Lee the soda, which is wonderful when you just need to sit and have a quick drink.
This was probably the most busy jimmy johns i have ever visited. there was an order with about 150 sandwiches leaving and they were still taking walk in orders. The crew at this location is top notch.
