Right beside the Farragut metro station, the location is located in the basement level (down a flight of stairs and beside a ramen shop).The store is always well air-conditioned and there are plenty of tables and a mat area to enjoy ones cup of bubble/boba tea. It's good but it's expensive for a chain! A medium milk tea with boba pearls is nearly $9 after $1 tip. I rarely come anymore because I can't justify the cost....
