Elizabeth Pupusería Deli

We grabbed some pupusas to go with our drinks at a dive bar in the neighborhood. Absolutely delicious! They grilled them to order and included all the pupusa essentials...tomato sauce, slaw, etc. I'm partial to the bean and cheese version but the pork was also excellent.There's not much in the way of atmosphere, but that's not what you are here for: you're here for pupusas.Service is friendly and to-the-point.

Great no frills spot for pupusas. Very reasonably priced and made to order (call ahead for a large order). Be prepared to speak Spanish which, honestly, is how it should be. The ladies were very patient with my gringo spanish. They seem to be a mostly cash business, but they do accept credit cards now.

Mind-blowing pupusas, best I've ever had. Great service too if you have a translator or can remember any of the Spanish you learned in grade school.

These are my favorite pupusas in dc! The curtido is always fresh and I like to order extra salsa with mine. They are also the only pupusa place I've been to that serves jalepeño pupusas. I would recommend that you call and just ask which types they have that day. The staff are kind and welcoming. Can't recommend this place highly enough.

They have one of the best Pupusas in Town I really recommend.
