Dunkin' In Wash - Calumet-Norvelt

Bad service. They were very forgetful in remembering the refresher I ordered, and it is poorly designed in that if you need to go to the bathroom, it is blocked by a part of the employer's workplace. Wake-up wrap was decent, but a bit cold.

Poor Hygiene!! The customer service was nice but the lady preparing my food was handling trash and trash cans, she wore the same gloves to make my food. I had to tell her to change her gloves…

I've been here before, and I've had great service. On this particular day, when I came in, the cashier was sitting at the table closest to the register, and there weren't any other customers in the store. The first thing I did was say hello. The cashier gave me a hmm sound, but never said hello back. I gave 4 stars because she said thank you at the end and threw in some extra munchkins. Also, because this isn't the typical service I receive when I go to this DD.

Service for this location this morning would have bed a -100 it was horrible! Since when do you need to show your recent order log to show and prove you placed an order. Employee went back and forth with me rescuing to give me my order, meanwhile, why aren't you stopping all the other people coming in picking up orders that are ready to make sure that's their order!!!!! That was the worst experience for that location. Then not only did they do it to me but also another gentleman trying to pick up his donuts!!!!

A stickler for coffee, I am also from jersey and our go to was Dunkin!! This dunkin makes me and my partner feel right at home. It’s also clean and welcoming !
