I ordered on the app today 2/10 at 5am because the app said they opened at 5 and so does Google. I get there to pick up my order and the doors are locked and there is a last inside just looking at me and then after about 10 minutes she throws 6 of her fingers up, meaning they open at 6! I ordered on the app today 2/10 at 5am because the app said they opened at 5 and so does Google. I get there to pick up my order and the doors are locked and there is a last inside just looking at me and then after about 10 minutes she throws 6 of her fingers up, meaning they open at 6! The door also says 6. But again the app and Google and Dunkin’s website all say they open at 5. I’ve tried calling about 100 times to get my money refunded and the phone keeps disconnecting. Poor way of doing service Dunkin
No more donuts at 3pm, we need to change the name of the brand
