Came in Sunday after not bein there for awhile (due to bad food) and ordered the T bone Steak, medium rare and it was cooked to perfection! Along with hash browns and medium eggs that looked like it came straight off the menu picture! I looked to the back and noticed it was a beautiful spanish woman cooking and couldn’t believe how busy they were at the time. Even tho they were busy , my food still came out at a time... What William Gomola doesn't like about Denny's:
Should have stuck with breakfast food. Broccoli and potatoes were almost refrigerator cold and the sirloin steak was, a cut of meat cooked some sort of way. I was hungry, I ate it and didn't get sick. I'll go back for breakfast food because they never go wrong with breakfast. Staff was great. View all feedback.

Everything was great but I wish they still made banana splits. They were delicious and the only place I would get them.
Why do you have AC blowing on everyone at 10 AM in February? It was so cold people were putting their coats on and it’s not a comfortable atmosphere when you are freezing. Waitress brings a half cup of coffee and our food and never comes back to see if we needed refills or if our table needed anything. The food was good, but we didn’t even get any toast that was to come with our meals and she never came back except to bring the check. And, our shoes stuck to the entire bathroom floor as we walked. The lady in the stall next to me also commented on the dirty bathroom. I don’t usually give poor reviews, but this was bad service.

Haven't been to a Denny's in years and won't be back again. Not because the food was all to bad as I had gotten a build your own grand slam with upgraded caramel pancakes which were great. However, the bacon I ordered wasn't extra crispy as I asked and the hashbrowns seemed to be under cooked and barely browned. It wasn't fully because of the waitress either as she was nice but when my mother ordered her make your own grand slam the waitress didn't say that the french toast was an upcharge, only saying that it wasn't a problem to sub it for pancakes. This is where the main issue starts as when going to check out after noticing the unmentioned upcharge the lady doing the checking out gets the waitress we had to come back out who flat out said she didn't say there was an upcharge. She then went to get the manager (Steve I believe was his name) and his attitude towards the whole thing was unacceptable. He came out with attitude, had no interest in hearing what anyone had to say, had no interest in deescalating the situation, absolutely had no interest in just waving the unmentioned upcharge, and had the nerve to say that our waitress should pay it then if it was that big of a problem, and made it seem as if the customer should just know everything about the menu he claims to have made including if there's upcharges or not. He claims he's there to fix the issue of the past manager giving away to much food but in turn he's losing more customers (and probably staff if he's suggesting they pay for their mistakes) all because he doesn't care to actually do a managers job as one should do it.I believe this man should be fired immediately, or at least seriously looked into/reviewed by corporate, and have someone that actually wants to do their job both to minimalize the amount of free food (if that's what he's really there for) and to be a manager that is actually able to handle a waitress/waiters/servers mistake without making them eat the cost on their tips/wages like he did today for our waitress as she ended up not getting a tip even though she should've gotten one had the manager not robbed her of it.
