Just a short car ride from Novara city centre towards CALTIGNAGA town about 7/10 minutes, the structure comprising hotel and restaurant is on the main road with lots of parking space available. The place is well maintained clean looks refurbished with a 60s/70s style look... spacious table well presented and nice welcoming staff. We wanted a real local restaurant bit good, tasty and with great service. We got all of it. Thank you for the warm welcome and nice combinations of ingredients (coffee marinated salmon was delicious)!
The restaurant has a good reputation but it seems to be a bit outdated. We were a group of friends and we selected from almost all the menu. The impression was that not everything was freshly prepared. The black rice with Gorgonzola and seafood was good. Good wine. The setting is a bit sad.
We were not starving when we arrived in the hotel, but we decided to have some bites and some wine just to chill after traveling.... After first bite , we finished up ordering almost all the dishes from the menu. Great tastes , original food and very good service! One of the best in the region
