We had two flight delays from Cairns. Didn't arrive into Caloundra until after 9pm midweek. McDonalds was the only place open to eat....even the RSL had closed their kitchen. Clean tidy and meals were hot and fresh - Thanks Macca's. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's Family Restaurants:
Is it just me or are all the meals getting smaller and not as tasty. I had the loaded fries and there was hardly anything in the box. Rubbish bins were overflowing. View all feedback.
After a nearly 2-hour drive, I was in need of some coffee. I knew I could count on McDonald's coffee to hit the spot, so that's where I went. The cafe was spotlessly clean and had a pleasant atmosphere. I'm not a fan of ordering from those automatic machines, so I opted to order at the counter. The staff was friendly and more than willing to take my order.
The young Alex served us, his manners and efficiency were exceptional, especially for our younger generation. Well done and great food
We had a smooth and quick experience with minimal wait time around 7am on a weekday morning.
The customer service at this restaurant is extremely slow and lacking. The coffee was not prepared correctly. While I acknowledge that it may be busy and the staff is overwhelmed, it is crucial for the establishment to hire more employees.
I never normally go in to a MacDonald's restaurant, mainly because they are filthy . On this occasion I made an exception as I was waiting for my son who had an appointment. Too hot to sit in car. The restaurant had a great vibe, music playing and spotless! It was only around 8.10 am on a Wednesday, so I guess they haven't got busy enough yet? This is how a restaurant should look, welcoming and clean. The company's hygiene stands have fallen so much. Remember back in the day when there was always a staff member walking around with a dust pan and wiping tables?
