Finally made a reservation after being turned away week before as fully booked and now we know why. The service of all the staff even the new girl was excellent. What User doesn't like about Chinese Holiday Restaurant:
We decided Chinese food was the go on our recent visit to Caloundra, and were fairly pleasantly surprised. The miniature spring rolls were wonderful, especially with Chinese beer. Disappointingly, my Allsorts Seafood dish was made of really top class seafood with a sickeningly sweet sauce. I am a diabetic and couldn't eat much because it was too sweet. Good location in centre of town. Service by young team was poor. Pots of tea came with no cups. Meals were generous. Prawns delicious. We had banquet, after entree all meals came at once. Quite tasty, we had to ask for serving implements. Noisy restaurant.
This is one of our top restaurants in Caloundra. The food is always excellent and the staff is very friendly. The restaurant has had the same owner for 30 years. The service is efficient, unless they are exceptionally busy. Highly recommend.

Excellent meals with many favors, Australian products, presented to the customer with bright friendly service. Mary the owner is very happy to discuss and answer all questions regarding the meal. Spotlessly clean with a very cheerful atmosphere.
We had dinner this morning. Absolutely tasty all our foods Now I write this makes me again hungry price bit expensive but do not complain they serve delicious food.
