Starbucks Caloocan City Hall

My friend ordered me a Iced drink. I specifically asked it with a whipped cream. When the Grab arrived, my iced coffee drink has no whipped cream. Totally disappointed. I don't think this is the first instance that a delivered iced drink to me has no whipped cream. Is there like a shortage of whipped cream here?

Great place to work or study. To relax from all the stress in the city. It's just that they don't have sockets and not pet friendly.

Thus is a branch of the American premium coffee chain Starbucks located inside a commercial complex besides the city hall building. This branch has a large air conditioned dining area. They also have a lot of coffee drinks as well as pastries. Parking is in front. There's a toilet inside

The thing that I love about Starbucks here at Caloocan City Hall — not only do they make delicious coffees and foods, but as a smoker myself, you can drink coffee while smoking at the hall's designated smoking area! The staffs are all lovely and friendly! I had once spilled my coffee in front of their store while exiting and they politely offered to make a new coffee for me at no extra cost! They have the best customer service which is why I love spending my time and coins here!

The place is perfect for studying or meeting. Efficient service as well though I hope the sockets are working.
