This... read more An unclean looking fellow made two sandwiches for me today. I asked to have cucumbers on one of them, and he put the two freaking smallest pieces on there. This was very unpleasing. What made my experience even more traumatic, was the fact that I had to ask for my free cookie. It is free cookie day, I shouldn’t have to ask for what I deserve.

I ordered a spicy Italian sub, and the only questio... read more I visited the restaurant on Friday (12-6-19), and the only aspect that impressed me was the building itself. I ordered a spicy Italian sub, and the only question I was asked was whether I wanted a footlong or a 6-inch. I wasn't given the option to choose my cheese, and they just used shredded mozzarella. They heated my sandwich without asking if I preferred it heated or toasted. To make matters worse, they added so much garlic butter that there was a puddle of orange grease at the bottom of the sandwich. This might be an issue with the quality of the meats. Overall, it was one of the worst experiences I've had at this food chain.
