Last year, we ate filled peppers, oxtail stew and several other things, and it was delicious. They had a unique menu and there was care put into the quality. Today, I’m not sure what this was. The ensalada Galiano’s was thoroughly lackingit came straight out of a bag and was served with a few drops of salad dressing. The supposed black Angus burger was slapped together and served alongside store bought fries. The menu still sounds impressive, but in reality it alludes to ingredients and choices that they do not truly have. Has the business been newly taken over?
