We were greeted by the owner and boss Michael, who presented us with the offers and his small and incredibly efficient staff. He stayed with us when we were treated to a fabulous and delicious and innovative meal. I choose the pork phajitas, and although I have a very robust appetite, and found the meal tasty was not able to finish my meal. My daughter and my wife were equally satisfied with their decisions. Michael Lynch is a master chef, showman, and very nice person. His dream of a special culinary and theatrical experience will be a highlight of anyone's stay in Cali. Ordering the five course degustacion (with one drink and two glasses of wine) is the way to go. Each course, carefully prepared, was a culinary feast. Michael's personality dominated the proceedings, from his very detailed explanation of the menus, his equally memorable demonstration of his cooking techniques, and the often funny, sometimes touching sing-along performance that follows the meal. He gave the most unique rendition of Over the Rainbow I've ever heard. Perhaps because both of us were raised in NY at around the same time I felt singled out among the group of 14 patrons and Michael's attention was much appreciated. Best of all, as he knew I was a visitor in town, he took nearly an hour after dinner to give me a detailed run-down of where else in Cali I should eat during my stay as well as tips on attractions. Thank you Michael. You are an expert chef, a funny and talented man, a great tour guide, and an all-around gentleman.

We went there on a quiet Tuesday night and we were the only ones. The place is unique, the cook and his assistant have made us feel at home. We really enjoyed this food trip. We went through the menu with the cook and we met. The menu is explained with many details and the choice is not easy. Cooking “Show” is amazing and we were amazed with the freshness of the products and the conversion of vegetables and meat into these incredibly delicious dishes that we had. Humor and jokes are sometimes funny and funny. The open, thankful approach of the “Magician Michael Lynch” made us happy with the food, the great artist and the person. Great experience, we can only encourage you to try it.

Food and fun are exceptional. Plan three hours. Michael explains the menu very carefully, awakens his great humor through the night, and you see the food prepared as the kitchen is right in front of you. In the end, Michael leads the conversation that includes audience participation. Great food, great fun!
