Additionally, the sandwich was inedible because it was oversaturated with salt, and I only asked for salt and pepper, not extra. The drive-thru experience was very disappointing.

I don’t feel comfortable dining at a place that seems to neglect its customers like this. It makes me worry about the quality and handling of the food.

Our experience at Subway was extremely disappointing. We spent over $55, but some meats we wanted from the menu were unavailable. They also didn’t have white bread, yet claimed their Italian bread was equivalent to white bread. To make matters worse, I found a light brown thin hair in my sandwich, and they forgot to add cheese to my granddaughter’s sandwich. With takeout prices so high, the least Subway should deliver is a perfect order, not one where we have to accept substitutions just to make it right.

I had to ask for lettuce thre... read more I can't comment on the rest of the menu at this location, but I do recall visiting a few months ago and deciding not to come back. I had to ask for lettuce three times, and when I finally received it, it was just a small portion. They were quite stingy with the toppings. The staff seemed disinterested and didn't look like they were having a good day. I'm not sure if the same employees were there during my visit last week, but the overall experience was disappointing.
