The New Orleans seafood dinner is fantastic, and the salmon dinners are equally impressive. I've had a negative experience at Ruby Tuesday, but the salad bar is always a great way to begin the meal. View all feedback.
What Breanna C dislikes about Ruby Tuesday:
Our food took an incredibly long time to arrive. When it finally came, my dish was burnt. I didn’t send it back or ask for a refund. After our server promised to bring the check, we waited another 15 minutes to receive it. I really enjoy this place! Whenever I take my mother to her doctor appointments in Calhoun, we always make a stop here. She loves the artichoke dip, while I usually go for the wings. The salad bar is absolutely fantastic—I haven’t come across a salad bar like that in years! Thank you! The staff is very friendly, and the restaurant is impeccably clean.
During my travels, I ordered take-out and brought it back to my hotel. Unfortunately, I was disappointed to find soggy burger buns that were packaged alongside wet broccoli, a dry burger with no condiments, and a baked potato that was lacking butter – it was extremely dry! The food was soaked in liquid from the chicken and potato, which should have been packaged separately to prevent this. Overall, it was a failure to deliver a decent meal. Additionally, there were no plastic utensils or straws included with our drinks, even though I specifically asked if they were in the bag and was assured that they were. This is the second time this week that I've encountered terrible take-out food while traveling. It seems that restaurants aren't prioritizing the quality of food for their guests on the road.

It took 20 minutes just to get our drinks, and we didn’t receive the alcoholic beverage we ordered until the end of our meal, even though we had ordered it along with the non-alcoholic drinks. The only bright spot during our time there was the well-stocked salad bar.
I had the salad bar and it was fantastic. Also got the unlimited soup. Very tasty. There were a few pieces of salad that were starting to brown, but it wasn't an issue to pick around. The selection on the salad bar was excellent. Four different types of lettuce, pasta salad, etc. Cottage cheese would have been nice, but that's a minor complaint. Would definitely visit again when I'm in the mood for a salad. Prices were also very reasonable.
I ordered the new Taco thing it was real pretty. I open one up it had a teaspoon of Chicken and a cup of grilled onions. I sent it back and ordered Chicken tenders 45 minutes later still no food. My partner had finished her meal and we had a 3 hour drive home. This was the second time I got b ad service there. I canceled and left.
