We were staying downtown, and the clerk at the fancy schmancy hotel said he at here, even though he's not a vegetarian. Chose The bowl had variety; it was healthy, tasty, delicious.one of the bowl options, and realized that we led a mundane culinary life. Very yummy! I ordered this on door dash, so in all fairness I didn’t sit in the actual restaurant. Buuuut I was searching for something quick and healthy for lunch and I loved it. The jalapeno aioli was so good and the veggies were delicious. However I asked for quinoa and received rice. So that was my only negative. I also ordered the chocolate dessert. They put it on top of the hot veg bowl I ordered in the delivery bag, so it was a bit melty when I received it. Still very yummy though! Healthy and tasty. Portions decent size. Very fast. Vibe good and seating area small, but everything packaged for takeout. With few places being as healthy as this, likely to return. Would prefer if they roasted the cabbage and cauliflower as it seems like there a number of raw veggies in the food, so it’s prepared somewhere between a meal and a salad. There’s vegan and non dairy options.
First time in Calgary, looking for a brunch place I found Wise and Wright. Since the moment I ordered, the cashier was smiling and suuuuper friendly, which I love that vibe in people. I received my food quickly with another employee smile. Food is over the moon. After eating junk food all my trip, finally I can have something fresh, delicious and veggie packed. 10/10 thanks!!! I visited for lunch and tried the power green smoothie and holy poke toast. Both dishes were delicious and had unique flavor pairings!
"Be Wise Turn Right" (to Cactus Club, if possible). The food lacked flavor and the Fratello coffee was over-roasted.

The Jamaican Me Crazy Bowl (gluten-free and dairy-free) is delicious, and I would definitely order it again. I appreciate the availability of gluten-free and dairy-free options. My only slight issue is that I mentioned in the order not to include cutlery or napkins, but both were included in the bag.
Sunrise Bowl (Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free) was absolutely fantastic, featuring fresh ingredients that made for a healthy and satisfying meal. I opted for the walnut pesto, and it was incredibly tasty. The Immunity bowl (Vegetarian, Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free) was also fresh and delightful, with just the right amount of spice. I can't forget to mention the Dark Chocolate Chip Chaga Cookie (Vegan, Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free); it was delicious! I loved everything I tried!
Solid mango, cut into big cubes, what?? So disappointing as its such a key part of this dish, it wasnt even ripe. When made properly this bowl is one my favourite items to eat in calgary, however, seems it depends on who prepares it
I've always had fantastic meals at Wise and Wright. I just can't get enough of the Jamaican Me Crazy bowl!

Our Pfizer representative brought lunch for our clinic’s lunch and learn today, and I tried the salmon bowl. I was really impressed! The portion size was generous, and the ingredients were fresh. I particularly enjoyed the sauce and garnishes in the bowl. I will definitely be looking to try more dishes from this place when I'm in the area.

I absolutely loved this place! I was searching for a quick vegan meal near the mall, and this was the first suggestion on Google. It's amusing since my last name is Wright, so it felt very appropriate! I tried the Wright bowl, which I really enjoyed. The sauce was fantastic, and I also added the vegan walnut meat, which gave the bowl a nice crunch. I would definitely recommend this spot! There are plenty of vegan options available.

Wasn’t sure if this establishment was still operational based on the date of the last review. So, because I was so impressed and am now completely satisfied, I am rectifying this. A constant stream of customers called in purchasing the wonderful offerings. We thoroughly enjoyed the Jamaican Chicken and Coconut Chicken bowls. Washed down with the Elevated Hot Chocolate and Immunity smoothie. Really recommend trying it, delicious.
The food was delicious, fresh, and healthy, with a fantastic variety to choose from. I ordered the vegan bowl with romesco sauce, while my partner enjoyed the avocado toast. Overall, I'd rate the food a perfect 5 out of 5!
I ordered their Jamaican bowl, and the service was fantastic. The food is excellent, and you can really taste the quality of the ingredients. Personally, I found it a bit bland for my liking, but I tend to prefer my meals on the spicier and saucier side. Overall, the food is amazing! Rating: 4/5.
Incredible restaurant! My husband and I were on day one of our honeymoon and found this place. They had so many gluten free options and the food was so incredible. We got a smoothie to go because we just had to try it because the food was so delicious. Strongly recommend!Food: 5/5
I absolutely loved the bowls—they were incredibly fresh and expertly crafted! The Seoul bowl and the ahi tuna poke salad were standout favorites for me. I also enjoyed the green goddess latte; it was served piping hot and had a wonderfully strong matcha flavor. Overall, I would rate the food a perfect 5 out of 5!

I love dining at Wise because I eat a lot and the food is consistently fresh and delicious. The staff is always friendly and attentive. My favorite dish is the Rancheros. I've noticed some people complaining about the rising prices of food, but honestly, it's not much more expensive than fast food.

Consistently excellent food for breakfast, lunch or smoothies in between meals. I always feel satisfied but not heavy after. Currently enjoying the yoga fire bowl with prawns. Big fan of the good morning sandwich.
