Feedback

I did a take out from this place. As far as I could tell, there were only 2 waitresses there, and they prioritize the sit in customers over the take outs even though i was the first in line, everyone behind me were seated and served before they came back to me. I love their special scallops, they were in a decent size and quite tasty. I was disappointed with the small cuts of the toro and unagi even though the prices are definitely above average. Tried their sakura blossom roll, it's unique, but not that tasty. Overall, I spent about $33 for a take out order and got 1 roll, 6 pieces of nigiri sushi. I find it more pricey than other places I go to but the quality isn't all the way up there yet.

First thing first, their food are great, not too fancy, but they have a wide range to choose from, and the price points are reasonable. They have 8ish flavours of ramen, tons of sushi and appetizers. The few dishes I have tried and would suggest are: the Tonkotsu ramen (the ramen itself is great but the soup is not as good as I expected) and the shrimp tempura. And the food came really fast after we ordered. Service wise, we were really warmly welcomed, but during our stay, we were interrupted about 9 times being asked how was the food. I mean it was good that they passionately show their great service, but at the same time, I would say it's not a really comfortable experience being interrupted 9 times in a meal.So generally speaking, if you just want a causal lunch for ramen and you don't want to go too far, this is a smart choice. But maybe suggest the waiter not to come so often?
