Vo Kitchen & Bar - Calgary

The food was delicious, but the service was lacking. When we placed our order at the takeout window, the bartender sighed and was generally rude, asking "what's the matter, I don't speak Vietnamese." The manager was understanding and promised to speak with the bartender, but the damage had already been done. The food was fresh and tasty, but my overall experience was tainted by the poor service, so I can only give my first visit a 1-star rating.

Have had a couple of very good lunches here. Had the rice vermicelli with three kinds of meat and the shrimp, beef and chicken were all very good. I like that it is in the Plus 15 and easily accessible from most buildings in the...core. I will be back.

The best, miraculous suppe filled with tons of veggies and many tasty wintons, its one of the most expensive places and that can wait on lunch 10-15 minutes for the exit, but 100% worth it.

I've been here since I discovered it last year and it's never disappointed. it is really busy during the lunchtime so that eating slowly come between 1130 to 1230, but the service was always incredible! eating was always fresh and always delicious! very recommended!

This restaurant, in our office tower, has been under renovation/construction for the past year so we were looking forward to the new image. I was pre-warned to get there early as it fills fast at 11:20 I had no problem, by 11:35 it was...full and lined up. Our server was very attentive and helpful. Menu is pretty much limited to noodle soups, stir fry and rice vermicelli dishes.. Our food arrived in less than 5 minutes hot, fresh and tasty. Certainly generous portions. Décor appears to be designed so customers won't want to stay too long hideous colored furniture and carpets and it is very noisy one of those places sound bounces around and it is difficult to talk. But for a quick, tasty lunch it was just fine.
