Via Cibo is located in the deerfoot meadows which specializes in Italian fast food. They have a system where you pay first and the server brings your food to you. I tried their pollo parmigiana sandwich (breaded chicken breast with provolone). The sandwich was delicious as the chicken breast was nicely cooked, juicy and tender.
