I tried to order a rice bowl from this place on skip, but I realized the address was wrong, so I immediately called them. I asked them to change my address because i would not be receiving the food. I asked if they could cancel the order because I can just reorder the same thing to the correct address. They said that there's absolutely nothing they can do on their end and told me to contact skip. Therefore I sent a ticket through the app. Skip did not respond back for a while, so I called the restaurant back and told them I sent a ticket through skip, but they're not responding. I asked them if they had any way to contact them too, because my food would not arrive if it's to the wrong address. This is a big deal. I made sure he knew that I wouldn't receive my food. The server was very adamant about how there's nothing they can do, and just told me to call them instead. They didn't even try to help mecontact skip at all to either cancel the order or change the address. I tried calling skip again and their customer service was unailable at the moment so I called the restaurant back, and when I asked if he could tell the courier to wait to let them know the real address, he said they already left with the order... How can you send out the order anyways when you know it's being delivered to the wrong address? I made sure he knew it was a problem as well. He did not care about anything we talked about over the phone and ignored it all. Just sending out an order without thinking... this place is extremely unorganized and does not care about you. They just hurry you off the phone and send out orders to make as much money as possible without even trying to help you with any issues that arise... in the end, I never got my order and I had to pay double to order somewhere else.

Uber had a promotion so I ordered from here. The bulogi came in this small container as opposed to the regular…. No adjustment to price and no additional items added. (When I called in.. they seemed nervous and said they ran out of the regular container and had to replace it with the one in the photo below . apparently it’s the same proportion because it has more depth! (You guys can be the judge based on the photo below I do not feel this is the same proportion size at all!!! Would you pay regular price for this small kids size meal? Nothing was noted when my order was accepted! If these are the same proportion sizes, then you should continue using these containers to see what your customers think! It’s pathetic! If the proportion is smaller, include a seperate bowl to compensate for the shortage! (I ordered 6 bowls here, but clearly they care more about profits and do not care for the reputation of their restaurant! update I’ve compared my photo with the ones in the reviews! And it’s defiantly a lot smaller in my opinion! In my opinion it seems they’re taking advantage of larger orders (buyer beware hoping people do notice! Unethical business !
