Some people were getting their orders before mine... read more This location is extremely unorganized. There was a gentleman waiting for a small drink for almost 15 minutes. Some people were getting their orders before mine when they had actually paid after me. There seemed to be so many employees working but nothing coming out of the kitchen in good timing. That being said, the cashier seemed very personable and friendly. The cashier made this review a 3/5, other wise I would have rated a 2/5.

We told her that she put the coffee wrong in the order and did not change it,repeating that YES it was a mocha ice capp. I don't like the coffee here more than the ice caps. The worst thing is that theydid not want to change it for me since it was not our mistake. not even the refund if they are going to put someone in thecashier, whether they are new or not, please pay attention. This is unacceptable.
