If they had been swamped with customers, I could have understood the oversight, but they were just chatting and didn’t take my order properly. I chose not to complain at the time so I could enjoy my time with my friend, but I really felt disappointed and now I’m hesitant to return to this location. I just hope the staff's attitude improves.

It's unacceptable to see... read more Attention everyone: If you're a customer at the Mahogany Tim Hortons, please be aware that the cleanliness of this location is subpar. It's unacceptable to see dirty cleaning buckets left on the counter, especially right next to where you pick up your order. This is the standard of cleanliness at the Mahogany location, and I won't be returning. I ended up throwing away my family's entire order and chose to eat at a completely different restaurant chain instead. The experience was appalling. Please share this information with your family and friends—no one should have to endure such conditions.

I've visited this loc... read more Naturally, this rating is in comparison to other Tim Hortons locations. I personally don't enjoy Tim's coffee, so I can't comment on that. I've visited this location a couple of times before 7 AM to grab some breakfast treats. Each time, the restaurant was clean, the bakery displays were well-stocked, and there was no wait to place my order. The staff were friendly and got my orders correct. I can't speak to how it might be later in the day when it gets busier, but my early morning experiences have been quite positive.

We told her that she put the coffee wrong in the order and did not change it,repeating that YES it was a mocha ice capp. I don't like the coffee here more than the ice caps. The worst thing is that theydid not want to change it for me since it was not our mistake. not even the refund if they are going to put someone in thecashier, whether they are new or not, please pay attention. This is unacceptable.

Some people were getting their orders before mine when they had actually paid after me. There seemed to be so many employees working but nothingcoming out of the kitchen in good timing. That being said, the cashier seemed very personable and friendly. The cashier madethis review a 3/5, other wise I would have rated a 2/5.
