We booked a table for 13 for a simple 40th birthday party on the evening of March 5. It was well located and set. We were pleasantly greeted.. Service was excellent. Our server, Ryan was very friendly and efficient, serving us well, even bringing out plates and forks for a special cake we brought. We couldn’t have asked for more. What Evee S doesn't like about The Hideout Calgary South:
Live music is probably the only good thing about this place. Calamari was so sour I think they dumped the entire lemon in there, was hard to finish but i dont waste food so i finished it.... We also didnt actually get utensils to even eat our food, had to ask our friends table to use theirs. Ridiculous. We also saw a menu on the table that said buy one get half off appie and asked the waitress and ordered the appies,... View all feedback.
The band 4 Moons in Jupiter were fantastic Price per person: CA$20–30
We were here for a special event in their private room and I thought it was great. The staff were awesome, the food was good and served buffet style for us so I can't speak for the individually served meals. We ended up at the bar at the end of the night and enjoyed our bartender and the conversation. This place is great, it's your typical neighbourhood beer and wings kinda pub and the live music was awesome. I would go back for sure. Thanks so much to the staff for a great night!
Really good deal on Tuesday for very good tacos! Excellent drinks and service. Chicken wings were tender and juicy but Greek seasoning was lacking flavour. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
