Description

Thai Express seems to have mixed reviews, with some customers having a negative experience while others had a positive one. Some customers found the staff to be rude and the food to be subpar, describing it as a ripoff and not authentic Thai cuisine. On the other hand, there were also positive comments about the great taste of the food, particularly the Pad Thai shrimp and Pad Sew. The convenient location in a food court and ample space for families makes it a good choice for a quick bite. Overall, opinions on Thai Express seem to be divided, with some customers loving it and others not so much.

Ordered Pad Siew as usual. This time the cook was an Asian lady, the noodle was okay, not as good as the other Asian male cook (he was fantastic). Also ordered the salad roll, it was terrible, the wrap was hardened and the sauce was not as authentic as the real Vietnamese restaurants in Forest Lawn. I won't recommend anyone to order that.

The food is tasty but you need to define the spice levels you need... has a good choice of food and meats.. I particularly like the Pad Thai shrimp and very spicy... it is located in the food court and very convenient to grap some Thai food while you are there... it is good for both couples and families with little children.. has ample space and play area to keep the occupied while you grab a bite..

Found the staff to be snappy and rude, unwilling to accept kids' student discount card, even though they claim they will. The food tasted much the same way that a barn smells, and the noodle soup tasted much the same way that grey looks. place was not clean, and it's a total ripoff and certainly not Thai food. i don't really know what it is, exactly. it's not good.

I have Celiac Disease so I politely asked if they could clean the surface and use fresh utensils before preparing my food and the woman snapped at me and rudely said it 's gluten free without answering any of my questions. If they have GF on their menu they should properly train their staff, especially when it comes to health issues.
