my family and I felt very dismayed by the portion sizes and the customer service in this facility. we thought to try swiss chalet after years that eating would have improved, that was a big mistake. I feel demolished. View all feedback.
The restaurant and washroom were really clean. the portions are huge and everything came super hot. the first time in a Swiss chalet and it was a really good experience.
Dreadful service and was portion-sized. we were presented with incredibly small portions for one, four packages butter with missing rolls. we called the location signal hill and talked with a dame accented with an Indian to complain and ask about our missing items. she immediately took an rude and ever louder ton than the conversation went on. their answer to where our missing rolls were was that they got four sides, that's it, totally ignore what we just said. she refused to hand over the phone to her manager or comment on the portion sizes. terrible service and very average food at an inflatable price. I would not support this facility and recommend a better training for employees.
You are better off eating at the all you can eat Sushi place just next door, this place is not worth your time and money.
I am so disappointed in you guys. Paid for three meals and got cold meals. It's not acceptable. The sour cream is expired and was melting hot when i got it with my meal. the chicken totally COLD and disgusting. you guys are FALLEN on the quality side. I will never be back. Everytime I have gone it was always GOOD. I also tried to call you like 10 times to let you know before leaving this review to give you a chance to make it right but you guys never answered. NEVER GOT WHAT I ORDERED THE BACKED POTATO WAS LITERALLY THROWN INSIDE WITHOUT THE ADDED EXTRAS THAT I WANTED. CHICKEN COLD. SOUR CREAM DISGUSTING AND HOT. BAKED POTATO COMPLETELY FAIL! the only nice thing was the box you packed it in.
Ahh where to start . This is a family meal with all snack sizes but full meal price . Pie is frozen . I dont know if its gravy or soup everythings is dry and the chicken is par with what u buy. This is horible food at good food prices . Should have looked at the food before tipping on this . Should be ashamed to charge people what you do for this .My tip to others . Save ur cash go buy a frozen pie and a cooked chicken at safeway.And for gods sake the gravey container in my mash patatoes . Its a pandemic . Use your head
