My daughter ordered a sub from the Landhügel location, and it was poorly put together. It seemed to have been placed on a wet surface, as my sub was soggy, wet, and disgusting. I ended up having to throw away the wet bread. I spent nearly $70 for food that was unacceptable. View all feedback.
A good location. Good service and sandwiches are well done. Lots of parking.
I had the cold-cut combo with added speck, along with the new chicken teriyaki rice bowl. They waited to prepare my bowl until I was ready to go after enjoying my sandwich. They even offered to modify the vegetable combo in the bowl if I wanted to make any changes, which I appreciated. It was delicious to eat later at home, and I can't wait to go back! Next time, I might ask for more sauce or perhaps some salt and pepper to suit my taste. The restaurant has seating for 36 and a high chair for little ones. Everything was spotless—clean, well-ventilated, and at a comfortable temperature. There are three parking spots out front for quick in-and-out access, but the parking lot is large, as visible on Google Maps. The windows are big, and only two out of four fronts had posters promoting the new bowls and chicken sandwiches. The five sides of the restaurant were clean and unobstructed. The ladies worked extremely well as a team and were very efficient. Many customers were getting takeout quickly, with some people in and out in less than 10 minutes. I saw a father and son who ordered through the app from far away; they came in, confirmed their order, grabbed their drinks, and were out in under two minutes. The restroom was also very clean and offered paper towels instead of air dryers for drying hands. I can wholeheartedly praise this place; I was treated with respect, and the food was incredibly fresh and, most importantly, tasty! Well done, ladies and Subway!
