We went for dinner and we had a excellent experience the young blonde gentleman was so plesant given how busy it was. He the took the time with our order and was very patient and kind. What Alana Lund doesn't like about Subway:
Went to the location 10 minutes after opening. Sign was on saying open, lights were on, but door was locked. I tried calling the location/knocked on the door to see if someone was there who forgot to unlock the door, and no answer. Normally when I go here, the service is good and food is fine. Just a basic Subway. However very unimpressed today that they were supposed to be open, but weren't. View all feedback.

They need to learn how to make a sub properly and stop giving 4 inch pieces of bread they rip the bread and they try to serve it and make a buy it, waste of money, retrain your staff Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
I am very upset with the service I received today from the individual. This guy was in so hurry situation without any reason. I was the only customer there. He did not have any patience with my order. He was throwing all vegetables on the bread and put so much sauces that by the time I got home in 2 minutes whole sandwich was soggy and fall apart from our hand. The bag was ripped the napkins were all crumble up inside the bag. We are regular customer there last 10 yrs or so This horrible service I saw first time. I need to bring this matter to the manager he said the manager is not available. They guy should not be working there if he does not meet the customer satisfaction
I am very disappointed. I have a severe allergy to dairy, I walked in and told the lady I have a severe allergy to dairy, do you have an allergy menu? She said uhm I don't know. I said okay, do you know what bread contains milk? I can have gluten just not dairy, she said I don't know. I said okay.. are you able to find out maybe ask a manager ? Or a coworker? She walked into the back and yelled in a different language to someone one else in the back. She came back with a type of bread, I asked her what it is and she responded gluten free, I said oh okay, does it contain any dairy? She said I don't know.. I simply said, well I don't know what bread or any of the food here contains dairy, you can't access an allergy menu at all? I mean shouldn't it at least be posted? Even if customers can't see it, it should be in the back. I definitely won't be going back here, she was very rude, and I felt very judged. Allergies are so important, and staff should know, where the allergy menu is.
