As a Vietnamese sub/banh mi enthusiast, I didn’t have high expectations when ordering from Subsnbubbles. I assumed the meats might be pre-cooked and stored in large containers, then quickly assembled when ordered. The wait felt a bit long for all the orders, but I can’t really judge without knowing how the food truck operates. When our sub finally arrived, we found a spot by the stage and tried it. Overall, it was just okay. The meat was good—not quite like the subs I’ve had in Vietnam, but still decent. My main complaint was that they piled on way too much cilantro. I usually just pick it out, but with this sub, it took some effort to remove it. The Subsnbubbles menu offers a variety of options, and while this sub wasn’t outstanding, it was enough to satisfy two hungry girls.
