I am not a huge fan of Chinese food but, I like to eat once in a while at Signature Palace. The dishes look and taste pretty good. Portions are abundant and prices are fair. They have two menus, if you want something unique be sure to ask for the other one. Service is quick and efficient.Because of my health I should avoid MSG and it seems that they are ok to cook without using it (except spring rolls because they ar... View all feedback.
What Dean Ernser doesn't like about Signature Palace Restaurant:
Been avoiding this place due to a bad experience years ago. Decided to give them another try, WHAT A MISTAKE! S.Pis 2 blocks away from me, so I thought I'd give it a try. Ordered grilled pork and veg.
I'm very happy with this restaurant I have not had one bad serving of food at this restaurant and I have been coming here over the last couple of years now.
Signature Palace Restaurant was established serving authentic Chinese food like sweet and sour pork (popular menu item) in Signal Hill community before
We took our neighbors there for dinner on Friday and had another great meal there. Both of us go there often and have our own favorites. We ordered a couple of dishes which were not their normal favorites. But they will be their favorite in the future. Green bean was excellent, not to mention soy chicken. Dumplings were alway good. Fish and tofu hotpot became our favorite too. Services were always good. One of the owners left and great food is still being served there.
Ate here with a small group of friends the other night. This was our first visit but the others eat here often. The dough on the fried dumplings was a little thick and chewy, the Peking Duck was OK but not noteworthy. Salt and pepper squid was a bit chewy. Best dish was fried and slightly spicy eggplant.
