Great place to stop if you're in the mood for some vietnamese. You can stop by before or after the movies too! (though I dont know how well pho goes with popcorn). Stopped in for lunch after not having been there for a while and was very disappointed. The interior has not changed much from the original tenant some 25+ years ago. The restaurant always seemed to have poor service but the food used to be somewhat decent. Now the food matches the service.
