The point system seems to be malfunctioning, and there’s no indication that anyone is working to fix the issue. This is particularly disappointing since many of their regular customers are hospital staff who visit daily. Furthermore, the selection of food has become quite limited; there are only a handful of muffins and some egg white sandwiches available, and they frequently run out of basic items like bananas, which are crucial for smoothies. The management of this establishment really needs to step up their game.
