Service is quick and friendly. Chill atmosphere and clean as well. Yummy options for calzones and flatbreads, even sweet ones! Good portions with reasonable prices as well, and tasty! Would recommend and I will be back. View all feedback.
What Ara Beer dislikes about Sal's Flatbread:
Stopped for a drink on a hot hot day. Just a can and a home made lemonade but what a flap! Suspect a very nervous new staff member. Open kitchen looked to be producing nice looking flatbreads. View all feedback.

According to the notice posted on the door, the landlord has repossessed the property due to the owner of the business having abandoned it. Doors are locked.
Have driven past here a few times and decided to check it out. Don’t let the outside fool you, inside is spacious, clean and very modern looking, with seating for about 25-30 people and includes more private booths. The food was tasty and portion size was good for a lunch (I would want more if it was dinner). The staff were very friendly but I felt the price was a bit higher than average lunch fast food options (but likely healthier!). I would go back again. A more detailed review is below.AMBIANCE – very clean and modern. I was expecting a small deli from the outside but it was really nice inside…like a small café.FOOD – great options from pizza and calzones to salad bars and even breakfast (served all day). We both had calzones and they were both tasty. It was just the right amount of full for a lunch. And it is licensed if you are interested.STAFF – very friendly and nice.PRICE – while I believe it to be a healthier option, I did feel it was a little more than the average fast food lunch spot. Both our meals (drink and tip excluded) came to about $22.Thanks for reading…happy travels!
What a great addition to this Flatbread place. Pizza that's healthy! About time. Too bad not enough walking traffic to appreciate this restaurant. I heard they also cater.
This hidden gen is owned by the same folks who own byblos bakery and is a great alternative to other normal restaurants. The flatbreads are fresh and filling. The coffees is delicious and the prices are reasonable. Check them out
This is a cafe with seating for around 30 people. They will make you a flatbread or a folded calzone including shawarmas. There is a small salad bar too. Gluten free bread is available. Really good value. A flatbread is less than $10! Two of us dined there, one of us had gluten free, and we each had a bottle of water and it came to $27 which I was pleased with. Really fresh and flavourful food. They sell beer too BTW.
Sal's Flatbread is a hidden gem in the city offering the best Mediterranean food, including delicious calzones and healthy pizza options. The clean and modern ambiance, friendly staff, and spacious seating area make it a great place to dine in or grab a quick meal on the go. The extensive menu includes a variety of options from flatbreads to salad bars, all served fresh and flavorful. Prices may be slightly higher than average, but the quality and taste of the food make it worth it. Whether you're in the mood for a gluten-free flatbread or a mouthwatering calzone, Sal's Flatbread is a must-try spot for casual dining that won't disappoint.

Sal's Flatbread also has a food truck which park's on 6th and center street outside the Bow building a lot. Whenever they are there I go! They have the best Shawarma in the city! I always get the beef shawarma SO GOOD!!! They have lot's of other amazing flatbreads to choose from including breakfast and dessert ones. I highly recommend trying their food!!!!!!

On trendy 17th Ave, Sal's is the perfect option for fresh, healthy portion sizes and endless options. Made from scratch and a long time family history the dough itself is wroth going in for. They prepare your order on dough and put it through the oven to bake. Did I say fresh already?! The space itself is beautiful, clean, modern, brand new! It was very unexpected walking in and realizing this place is a proper restaurant not go a to go joint. I strongly suggest that Sal's remove all the window decals as they cover up what's inside. Show your place off, it would be much more inviting!
This is such amazing food!! a real gem on 17th!! I really appreciate Arab food that tastes as authentic as the stuff my parents would make me growing up. 5 stars!!!
