Solid pizza hut. Pizza Hut is consistent as any chain should be however I have encountered the occasional location that really seems to put on minimal toppings. This location doesnt seem to have that problem. Plus the staff is really friendly and prompt. The segregated take out window is always nice too. View all feedback.
What Harley Husky doesn't like about Pizza Hut Calgary:
We ordered two large pizzas, one with extra cheese. They were all thick bread with no sauce, barely any cheese and the second pizza had so little toppings it was rediculous. And it cost $50. We could get 3 pizzas at a decent pizza place for that money. View all feedback.
Ordered 2 large pizzas and drinks with dips. Didn't get my dips or drinks with my delivery and after calling to ask for a credit or refund I was told it's not possible for them to have missed my drinks and dips and that my order was correct. These people are very rude. I won't be ordering from here ever
Do not order delivery from here! You'll be waiting multiple hours. They can't seem to get orders correct and if you wait more than 2 hours and call to find out why, you're only option is to come into the location to pick up your order or you get NOTHING. No food or refund?!?!. This place is a joke I highly recommend staying away unless you like having your money taken for nothing
Placed an order for delivery July 1st. After waiting an hour the driver called and said he couldn't find my house. I Walked around the neighborhood trying to make myself visible to the driver, as Google can sometimes give my wrong location, but no luck on locating the driver. I then sent a Google pin showing my exact location at which point the driver said he would call me back. 20 minutes later I call the driver back and get told he locked his keys in his car. After calling the location back and explaining what has happened, I was asked to come into their location to pick up a new order. After refusing because im not able to (hence the delivery), I was rudely told I'd get a refund in 3-5 business days. 1 week goes by and I call the restaurant to ask for an update and I'm told it will be brought to a managers attention and to wait another 3-5 days. Another week later, I call again, and once again am told the same story. It's now been 24 days and I've yet to receive a refund. I understand mistakes happen but since when does the customer have to pay for your companies mistakes? I will not be ordering from here anymore as my $56.27 means more to you than me continuing to order in the future
My wife and I had a great dinner eating delicious food at your restaurant. All the staff are so nice, especially Tim, who was very committed to great service and was very friendly. The atmosphere was awesome as well.Most importantly, every food and drink on your menu tasted great. We'll definitely be back!
Service is amazing. The employees are super fast and humble. I love this location. Pizza Hut is always best for the taste of their pizzas. 100% recommended.
