The cheese served was literally a Kraft single—completely unacceptable for a Korean BBQ restaurant. The ramen lacked any flavor, and the meat tasted cheap and unappealing. We ordered several dishes but barely touched them because everything was overly oily and so bad it made us feel physically ill. We ended up spending nearly $80 on food we couldn’t eat. When I called to request a refund, the staff refused and only offered a free meal, which I am not willing to accept after this experience. The person I spoke with said I should have brought up the issue while at the restaurant, even though we mentioned it three separate times to two different servers. Unfortunately, due to language barriers, they didn’t understand us. Over the phone, I was told I could have asked again, which felt dismissive and unfair given the communication challenges we faced. Overall, the food quality was poor and the customer service was terrible. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Their responses to negative reviews are just as dismissive, showing they don’t care. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1 Price per person: $40–50

We chose their Gold all-you-can-eat option for $35, which included almost everything on the menu—and it truly exceeded our expectations. This is the most affordable option compared to other Korean BBQ spots! The food was outstanding, with premium quality meats. A big thanks to the staff, who were extremely attentive, friendly, and generous, making our visit even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a great Korean BBQ experience!
