Excellent service! We came at a busy hour but food was fast and delicious. Place has a really great ambiance and nicely decorated. server’s we’re all so nice and welcoming 100% would go back again greatly recommend

However, during our recent visits, particularly since the pandemic, the once exemplary service has unfortunately declined. On our latest visit, which was meant to be a celebration with a family member from Europe along with our baby, we encountered confusion and miscommunication from the staff. A minor mistake in our order led to an unexpected reprimand from our server, which was disheartening. As customers, we shouldn't have to worry about who is responsible for taking or remembering our orders. Even more troubling was the discovery that servers are penalized financially for order mistakes, which raises ethical concerns and detracts from the warm atmosphere one expects in a dining establishment. The feeling of being unwelcome, particularly as parents, has increased. Minor details, like signs prohibiting strollers, may seem insignificant to some, but they resonate strongly with families like mine. To add to our disappointment, receiving someone else's bill only amplified our frustration, making it clear that OEB's once shining reputation has lost some of its luster for us. While the food quality remains excellent, it can no longer outweigh the issues we've encountered, especially with so many other options available. Service is a crucial aspect of dining out, and when it falters, even the most delightful dishes cannot hide the lingering sour taste. We're hesitant about returning, yet I hope the management will consider not just our experience, but also the feelings of others who may resonate with us. Kid-friendliness: The atmosphere doesn't feel welcoming for kids, especially if you have a toddler or infant. It's not necessarily overt hostility, but rather a general sense of unwelcomeness.

This was my first visit, and I was not disappointed! There was a small issue with my food, but the staff addressed it quickly and apologized sincerely. I ordered the lobster and shrimp crepe, which was exquisite and delightful. My wife had the waffles with Canadian bacon, and it was just as fantastic! I highly recommend this place to any breakfast lover!

Wow, visiting from Toronto, this was an incredible experience! The decor is fabulous, the waiter was on-point, all the staff was super friendly. Food came quickly and was delicious. I'm picky and seriously can't find anything to critique.Kid-friendliness: Very nice atmosphere for kids, colorful place. However, strollers not allowed.Parking: 2 hrs free street parkingDietary restrictions: Everyone was asked if we had any allergies, very accommodating.

Phoned a few times to notify the restaurant we were running late for our booking and they were understanding. Nice bustling energy even on a Monday morning! Server was patient and really nice! The scramble was indulgent and delicious…
