It saves me from grocery shopping, food prep, cooking, and cleanup. I absolutely love it and highly recommend it! I tried it out a few weeks ago to see if I liked it, and I can't imagine not ordering these meals every week (except when I travel).

My only complaint is that the portion sizes are smaller... read more I'm from Edmonton and this is my third week of meals with them. So far, everything has tasted fantastic. My only complaint is that the portion sizes are smaller compared to other companies I've used in the past. Nevertheless, I'm still very happy with how easy they make it for those of us who don't have time to prepare healthy, delicious meals.

I find I save a ton rather than using DoorDash/SkipTheDishes etc. And the food is much healthier and more delicious :)I really like the rotating menu so you can mix things up. Great they have different sizes for many of the dishes too. Convenient delivery once a week. It has been a life saver!Highly recommend for anyone looking for a good meal prep service!!

Not to mention the customer service is 5*. Bravo to Daryl and his team. ???
