What User doesn't like about Newcastle Pub:
Portions are small for the price. It wasn't very good either. Server did not know everything on the menu even though it is a small menu. Service was slow and they took glasses before they were finished. Overall not worth it. View all feedback. What User likes about Newcastle Pub:
The service and food were excellent. Would highly recommend this pubic you want to " hear yourself think" enjoy good pub food and a really excellent ambience of a British pub. Plus the food is excellent too. Guess it helps to have a chef run the place. If you want UFC not the place to go but if you want a great dinner and beer then perfect. View all feedback.

We were out for a long walk and decided to stop for a quick Caesar. I really enjoyed that the windows are all open and you can people watch onto 17th Avenue.

read moreNewcastle is a neighborhood sports pub with a mixed bag of reviews. While some diners were disappointed with the cleanliness and quality of the food, others praised the friendly staff and great atmosphere. The restaurant boasts a cozy interior, great British pub-style food, and plenty of TVs for sports enthusiasts. The patio offers a nice view of 17th Ave SW and expands the seating capacity. Overall, diners enjoyed the relaxed vibe, attentive service, and generous portion sizes. Despite some shortcomings, Newcastle seems to be a popular spot for locals looking for a casual dining experience with a British pub feel.
