Contribute Feedback What User doesn't like about Misato Sushi Grill:
I made a reservation, but when we arrived there was no table ready for us. We were only about 4 or 5 minutes late, but it made my 88-year-old father and 85-year-old mother wait around 15 to 20 minutes for a table. I feel like we could have found better quality elsewhere, even if it would have cost a little more. It might be worth exploring other options. View all feedback.
Quiet evening during Holidays lack of background music made it uncomfortable. Bad service, staff busy visiting with one another while our group of six waited 15 minutes to be offered a drink. A couple arrived and were offered drinks immediately upon being seated. Servers have no proper training (one does not serve guests seated in the middle by serving over other guests seated at table ends that's not serving, that dropping off... . I guess unlike their typically very busy evenings, the staff was just enjoying the quiet evening for themselves.
We left the inner city to try somewhere new for sushi. We are glad that we made the trip to Misato and will go back. Sushi is carefully prepared, service is happy and family friendly and the interior is roomy. Prices are reasonable. Great spot for families and groups.
Good food, good service, reasonably priced, and lots of parking.
We come here often and we're always satisfied. We'll be back.
Misato is one of our favourite places to eat. Always enjoyable.
