McDonald's - Calgary

This was the worst crispy chicken sandwich I have ever had in my life. The quality of the food needs to be improved. I am extremely dissatisfied and will not be returning.

I visit this place quite often, but I am at the point now where I really feel the friction on my orders, about 70% of my orders I make here, I get something else I have asked or I will get a little less, and I'm just a person who ordered for a household. When I ask for a big meal, I'll somehow end up with a middle pommes, but a big drink. Or I'm gonna ask for a double-square-fieber with cheese, but get a quarter-fieber with cheese. Even if they get the order correctly, I find that this place will jump on the frits, only fill the containers half full and not a salt over them. I say not only all this after 1 order, I return to give this place the advantage of doubt that the next time I order, they will get it right, but they will not. People are consistently scaring my orders. Have you installed new microphones in the highway? because I feel that the team members cannot hear the international order correctly.

Always get a quarter without cheese, and sometimes a fish fillet always satisfied. Love the coffee and service is great and get a free Sun newspaper with every meal.

I went to the store to order a burger and coffee. 6 people were fed to make their orders. The cashier and two others were confused and no orders were placed. Much confusion and no service. After all, it just went to Wendys. Two others followed me and didn't order food. Three people trying to figure things out, but they wouldn't open another one. Don't go to this place.

Recently, I was in need of a break in a certain part of Calgary and decided to visit this McDonald's location. The staff members were friendly and efficient, but it was a bit difficult to navigate to the restaurant from the south on Macleod Trail due to changes in the intersection since my last visit. The outlet is located between the interchange and the Calgary Co-op gas bar, with limited parking available after accommodating disabled parking and online order parking. Despite these challenges, I enjoyed my coffee and muffin at this location. Just be prepared for a bit of a challenge when trying to find it quickly.
