Not the cleanest place and the training staff were incredibly slow. Typical McDonalds food, not the freshest though, seemed like the burgers sat in the warming trays a very long time. View all feedback.
Yesterday my family and I went to a meal or so we thought. we could not enjoy the meal because we continue to foot until fertilizers to correct the meal. fries were cold, they gave us the wrong drinks and then forgot our happy food drinks. we have just got out without our correct order, because we were standing long on the fertilizer without being helped.
Why do they put so much mayo on the burgers? it's really disgusting. it would also be fantastic if every time I got an ice cream I didn't get a sips of straight caramel because they didn't touch it.
This place is the best! I always ordered the coffee with milk, never with sugar. but it was costly sugar: I was ok. When I was breakfast, the McDonald crew came to chat with people. I thought she knew the costumes. she wanted to talk to me too. Is something wrong with your sandwich? I said my coffee tastes a little bit sugar. she changed and brought the fresh coffee for me! later she helped the old man to connect free wifi very kindly: I have many experiences in Canada?s mcdonald, the workers kicked me like a single costume or homeless as people. these shops are usually very dirty. this location is very clean and beautiful crew works! very rare! I'm coming back here. thank you for making my good day!
Yesterday with some employees for lunch. we mobile ordered to speed up the process of eating. receiving the order took twice as long and when we were finally called, they had prepared it to take and not eat. Once we have set ourselves, we noticed that half of the articles were missing from our order. when we brought the lack of the attention of the administration, they were snippy about it and left us waiting for another 10 minutes before we finally complete our order.
The assistant manager maintained a professional countenance and tone, the other staff members appeared to be complaining about my order when I walked in after going through the drive through. I had no issue with the mix up between the windows of the drive through, but to walk in and hear the team complaining about us and deflecting any resemblance of responsibility definitely rubbed me the wrong way. Yes, the staff confirmed our order, but the order was confirmed using items present on both our order and the one we unintentionally paid for.
