McDonald's - Calgary

I have worked in customer service all my life, which I have never been treated so terrible. I came after a very long day in the sick house with my son who had just an operation I came to order for my family. I did not order two double-cheeseburgers without picking up any wobble mayo up and down, along with the rest of my family order the manager her name is barn not say that I mayo up and down wanted so that I remembered her and she went to say the back after she rolled her eyes on me they did not have they on my cheeseburgers I have told her not ordering her! I have never changed my order in 10 plus years, I know what I told her, I'm sorry that they only heard cheeseburgers, but I said double cheeseburger, it tells me it's sorry that they just said cheeseburger! this is a manager they never talk to a customer in my fashion, no matter which position they are on the job in the first week or they have been there for 20 years. she has not even made my order wrong, she has argued with me further! what she did at the end is to put mayo on the top and the bottom of the individual cheeseburger and my sohn 's happy meal cheeseburger a double! I have tried to talk to her manager, apparently his name is gordon, but I can't get through nobody answers the phone at this place. bad customer service in the world does not come to this place you will find more mcdonald’s!

The service was very bad. the personal was not helpful or friendly. probably the worst place I was,

We just arrived in calgary, it was early in the morning and we were hungry. our goal ended as McDonald's, I can't believe I'm saying that. we went in and I saw the ordering stations and I said to my wife, let's go. I didn't want to fool myself around the order. as I said that a very nice young man (name unknown asked if he could help and with his help our order was quickly placed and we sat. this young man was what I think is an exemplary person who hates him. we were filled and we went to banff.

It seems to be the closest to the airport hotels so easy choice for a familiar fast meal. this place has many jobs, but the staff saw that we were a bit confused (first experience with the terminals) and quickly came to our rescue. always like the mcflurry and the 4 selections here were more than the 2, where I live, but oreo is always a winner.

Messed up order. First refund. Waited so long in drive thru I had to leave. 30 min later 2nd refund.
