Her partner is Vietnamese, and she often seeks out what she considers to be the most authentic pho. Personally, I'm not very familiar with what authentic pho should taste like, but I really just care if it tastes good. Office Daddy recently took me to his favorite pho spot downtown, Lunch Today. While I'm aware that it may not be the most authentic pho, I enjoy it for what it is - a delicious, clean broth that isn't too salty, with plenty of noodles and meat.
