Lovely Sweets - Calgary

Give the samosas and sweets a try, even if you feel skeptical after reading some reviews. They were incredibly fresh and well-prepared. I also tried the chicken, which was quite tasty, though the portion was slightly smaller than expected. Overall, everything was well-made. Keep up the great work!

I experienced issues with my mobile order twice. On both occasions, I ordered 15 samosas, and they informed me that they didn't have my order. Today, they claimed they only received an order for 12 samosas instead of 15. When I inquired about the 12 samosas, they said, "What if it's someone else's?" What? This is extremely poor service. If I could, I wouldn't even give them a star.

The staff was extremely rude, and they didn't even apologize for their mistakes. When I purchased a box of sweets, they only gave me 3 or 4 pieces of old candy. It seems like they're trying to avoid throwing away their stale sweets by just putting a few in each customer's box. They also always open their sweet boxes to check the lower layer.

We ordered 40 pfund jalebis for teej and when we picked up the person calculated for 44 pfund, we checked twice by saying his 40 pfund and then paid left. when we call her back, the girl who answered the phone was not listening and hanging up by saying that we can't talk now, we are busy. bad customer service and management should look into the eye. I do not recommend this place.

Went there on Saturday July11. Told the girl clearly that I need this for my fast. Just opened the box today and saw the long hair inside and also sticking outside on the top of it. This so gross. Very much disappointed. I will advice everyone to please check the box before paying at the restaurant.
