This was a surprising "nice find." The room is clean and bright. Soups seem to be the specialty at this restaurant, so that's what we ordered. Later as we watched meals go past, we were very pleased that we chose soups for our dinners. Although neither of us was in the mood for soup for dinner, we were in for a surprise. Went there for a lunch as I work in the same area, and it was not crowded - my guess is that it has nothing to do with being "undiscovered" as another reviewer may have suggested. It most likely has something to do with the poor quality of food (overcooked meats), bland flavours (except for my friend's pho which for some reason had 1/2 a bottle of garlic powder dumped into it (inedible)), and poor service (when asked... Being Calgary born and raised I've had a lot of Vietnamese food in my life. This place is by far the best I've ever had, everything was top notch flavour and quality. I have no idea how I've tried so many different places over the years and never stumbled across this one. It will stand as my new baseline for quality in the future.
Excellent food pricing. The decor could use some upgrades but overall an excellent experience.
Tasty, authentic tasting pho. Clean flavours. The waiting staff is super nice as well. Price for the pho is a little bit on the pricey end. The spring rolls are also a little on the small end for the price you pay. Definitely satisfied my Vietnamese Pho craving! Will definitely recommend you come here atleast once to try it out!
New Vietnamese restaurant in Mahogany. Tried it today. Small setting, very clean, and environmental friendly. Would definitely go back again! The beef steak with rice and egg.. sooooo good! And so cheap too! Friendly staff. Taro Bubble tea was too sweet but it’s all good, it’s not a bubble tea place so can’t be picky. Chicken wings were so yummy but they’re small and only comes in 6 pieces, not sure it’s worth the price. I love it tho! Can’t wait to go back
